We want you to love your ALO gear, so we offer a seamless 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
